How the Service Works

- Subscription Management: We liaise directly with the relevant broadcasters operating on the Sky broadcast platform to set up, renew, modify, or cancel subscriptions as instructed by the client.
- Payment Processing: Clients pay our company directly for managed services and subscription charges. We then remit payment to the broadcaster for the subscription costs. We retain an annual management fee for our administrative services.
- Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing administrative support for the duration of the client relationship, handling any issues or changes on the client’s behalf.
- Ancillary Technical Services: For existing clients only, we may provide limited technical services, including managed VPN access, solely as a technical support measure to assist clients in the lawful use and administration of their subscriptions. These services are not offered publicly, are not marketed or sold as standalone products, and are provided only as part of an overall managed service relationship.
