Opening a Support Ticket Print

To open a support ticket you first of all must be logged in to your account.

 

Click 'Open Ticket'

Click on the appropriate department

Enter a subject in the subject field.

Type your message in the message field.

If you open a ticket in the Sky Card Support department you will need to enter your Sky Card number in the 'Sky Card Number' field in the correct format ie 3 sets of 3 numbers with spaces in between. Like this 123 456 789.

When you are ready to send us your ticket click 'Submit'
